(May 7, 2020, 2:01 pm)He REALLY Knows his Stuff! Very reasonable prices. Goes the extra mile. Maybe a little slow - because he has a LOT of work & a little help. Overall service is EXCELLENT! Highly recommended. My bike runs better now than when I got it from the dealer!
(November 17, 2017, 1:25 pm)I contacted Throttle Punisher about my Yamaha Rhino. I was quoted over $1800 from another business that will remain nameless. I was quoted a much better price and it was also explained to me that the other business was over charging me for work I did not need. I received a fair price with no up-sale and no unexpected price changes from the original quote. I found them to be very honest and upfront about what needed to be repaired. I was out the door for under $800 and my Rhino is running the way it should. I will continue to use them to service and repair my rhino.
I also took advantage of their pick up and delivery service which saved me a lot of time and energy. ($35 each way)
(January 6, 2017, 9:48 am)I brought my scooter in to have the oil changed and basic maintenance a week ago...they were very friendly even when I realized after I got it home that one of the tire valve caps was missing they replaced it for me (after telling me there wasn't one to begin with which was untrue)...however the next day I checked my oil and it was completely empty...not sure what to think about that...makes me nervous to go back...which is sad because I thought I had found a new place to take my scooter for repairs etc.
I'm so glad I came back. I really appreciate the time you took to help me figure out a way to put this new license plate on my scooter...and it was fun talking to you...Ill be back. Thanks again
