My main water line had burst under the driveway creating an emergency situation on a Sunday. They responded promptly and was able to get the water working on the same day. The solution to reroute the water line in a more accessible manner made sense. They were able to quickly cut concrete, trench, lay a new line, and connect it into my house. After reconnecting the water, they found that they had bypassed the irrigation because the builder teed the pipes leading to the irrigation in the slab foundation. This required adding more pipes and they gave me the option of putting it in the subfloor above the garage so the pipes were hidden. Even though this was an unexpected project, this company was honorable and kept the commitment of the initial out the door price. Del was very easy to work with and Preston, along with the other individuals who helped him, were very professional, friendly, and detailed oriented. I am very happy, and highly recommend this company!

Oscar, and Jesse did a good job in repairing a slab leak. Donny did an excellent job by matching prices with another plumber...Follow up, I had a water softener installed by Donny and Jesse, they did a great job and very professional, hopefully the owner can give them a raise. I just had a repiping done from 12/7 to 12/10 and Jesse, Preston and Wayne did a fabulous job. The work and cleanliness was amazing. Jesse did a great job in reaching a small section to change the existing pipe and he got the job done. I do highly recommend Pure Plumbing and once again I hope the owner can give them a raise.

I couldn’t be more happy with the service from this company. Especially Juan Castillo! His professionalism and kindness were unmatched. Our water heater broke and he was at our place with in 15 minutes of our landlord calling Pure Plumbing. The water heater was old and he had to order a new one so he was able to by pass the water heater and restore us some water until he could replace the water heater. Juan came back about a day later with a brand new water heater.

The water heater is located under the sink in the kitchen because we live in a condo, and it is a PAIN to get to. He was able to get the water heater out and get the new one in with no damage to our counter or cabinets. His attitude and professionalism is unmatched and if we ever need more plumbing work done in the future, we will definitely be calling Pure Plumbing and asking for Juan! Thank you so much for an amazing experience. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Donny and Bronson came timely to my home to replace my fairly old water heater. It looks great. They cleaned up the mess they made. Looks clean and professional. Thank you so much Donny and Bronson. Great job guys!! Bronson pays attention to detail and made sure every little thing looked right!
