Sam answered all of my questions as a new home owner with a pool. I purchased the amazing dolphin nautilus robotic vacuum (highly recommend) and had to wait several days for it to arrive at Pacific Pool Supply. My pool was very dirty and Sam as a courtesy allowed me to use a floor model temporarily and even personally delivered my new vacuum! Great customer service and quality products!
