Yesterday I visited the Apple Summerlin store in the Downtown Summerlin shopping mall.
I was there to purchase a new iPhone 13, and I decided I would arrive at 9:45am, 15 minutes before the store opens at 10am.
I parked in the North parking lot, which had plenty of open parking at that time. It was only a half block walk to the Apple Summerlin store.
When I arrived I was the first person in line; however, by 10am the line was about 25 people long.
Five minutes before the store opened, a few Apple employees walked outside to collect information from the people in line.
My mom told me that earlier during COVID you were not allowed into the store unless you were buying something (service requests were handled outside the store); however, since the COVID rules in Nevada have recently changed, Apple is now letting all customers inside the store.
Masks are recommended for customers but not required (the staff was all wearing masks). I had forgotten my mask, but they had masks available as soon as you walk into the store.
The service was friendly and helpful, and I literally had my new iPhone in five minutes.
All in all, the experience was efficient and effective. If you do need to go to the Apple Summerlin store, I recommend going right before or when they open the doors at 10am to get the quickest service.
Very helpful, great products. I feel the emphasis is on sales more than technology assistance, however, not as many are as trained in that area. Super helpful when my turn came up.
As much as I dislike cities, but my daughter's living in one, my youngest needed a new phone (hers just up and died) on New Year's Day. The store was packed! However it was well staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. It went so much better then I had ever imagined!
Excellent guest service but some of the processes take too long. A friend of mine was getting a receipt to turn in that his credit card company needed and the process to get that done was too long and seemed very complex and frustrating for the staff members themselves. Again, great service from the staff, they just need better tools to assist them to get the task accomplished in an efficient manner.
I was trying to get some new phones for me and my sisters and Will was so helpful and very patient as we situated everything out with our phones. We ran into some complications and it took longer than I intended it to, the store was already at the closing hour mark, but Will was patient, did not pressure or rush me, he assisted me with patience and honestly made the experience better. There was this other amazing women who had helped me out, prior to Will, but I did not catch her name. Overall, everyone there was extremely helpful!
