There is no words I could say to express my gratitude for the Angels at Harmony!! So caring and concerned for my 89 year old Dad.
Their compassion and positively can not be matched!
Robin, OMG the greatest! Always puts me at ease.
Marci, this lady has such a great heart. She is always in contact with me like Robin.
Her smile is so calming. She is always interested in my dad and his life! That's awesome.
Diane, this Angel is my dad's everything! His eyes brighten every time her name is mentioned! She is so tender and just my rock!
Camila, her calming words and worship is so appreciated. She is always there for him to make sure he dosent feel alone. Again Angel!!
Just the whole staff I am indebted to. The Best Ever!!!!
Working in assisted living, Harmony Hospice has been our go-to for hospice care. Their communication is impeccable, nurses are consistent and the most caring and compassionate. We only want the best for our residents and Harmony delivers!
All of the staff at Harmony were caring, considerate and greatly exceeded my expectations for the care of my mother near the end of her life. I would highly recommend Harmony to my friends and family during this very difficult time of life. Thank you Kim, Chaplain Venessa and Megan and all of the staff at Harmony. God Bless you all for your care and service.
Harmony Hospice did everything they could to make this hard time as easy on me as possible. The staff was more than nice and willing to go above and beyond to make my dad as comfortable as possible in his final hours. From the hospital, Harmony Hospice had my dad home with all the medical equipment we needed in less than 4 hours (on a Sunday). I want to say a special thanks to Jean, who was with us for several hours to help. She treated my dad with the same care as if he were her dad too. She stayed with us until his agitation was under control. My dad passed away about 40 minutes after Jean left but she came right back to help. She did everything for me, I didn't have to worry about anything. Every member of the Harmony Hospice staff that I interacted with treated me with care and concern. They made me feel like I wasn't just a client and that they genuinely cared about me. I would recommend Harmony Hospice to anyone having to go through similar situations.
I have an update: Harmony Hospice continues to amaze me well after normal Hospice services would have forgotten me by now. Not only was their service above and beyond the norm in the last days of my dad's life but even now almost a month later they are showing they truly care. I was surprised by a sympathy card from them in the mail. It was hand signed by the people who helped with my Dad, not just a generic "from the staff of..." signed card. Next, after receiving my Dad's ashes I struggled with emotions. I turned down bereavement counseling when offered in the days after my dad's passing not realizing losing both parents would catch up to me and one triggered by the other. I was surprised when (even after declining at first) Camille called me a week later just to make sure I was doing ok. After explaining that we were having a celebration of life and I was having a hard time with my emotion she immediately made arrangements to come to my home to see me. She is a lovely lady whose caring personality was observed by not only me but to the kitty (who doesn't like anyone) and my 3 year old (who is very shy until he gets to know you). My son happily crawled into Camille's lap like he had known herr his entire life. Rarely do you meet someone who right to the core is so down to earth and caring. Such people are so rare, I am amazed to find an entire company that to be filled with them. This was an extremely hard time for me, in 7 months I have lost both my parents, but Harmony Hospice somehow made this hard time so much easier. They did everything and continue to do everything possible to help me. It is evident that these wonderful people are not just doing a job but truly care about what they are doing and the people they serve. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I wish this experience on anyone but it is a part of life and when you need to face it, I, without hesitation, recommend this absolute perfect company.
Harmony Hospice took care of my grandfather and I must say, the care was wonderful. The nurses were very compassionate and spent a lot of time with us explaining the different stages that my grandpa went through. It was a very difficult time for the whole family and I am so glad that we choose Harmony. Special thanks to CNA Samantha and nurse LaNae they are very special people.
