BMW & Mini have downright the worst customer service and communication with customers of any I've ever experienced and so it's great to have somewhere reliable to take my Mini and have an all around good experience.
(November 21, 2019, 7:11 pm)I have been a customer for over 10+ years... If you own a BMW, you need to look up the folks at SouthWest Bimmers. As an Independent Certified BMW house, they provide a dealer level of experience with the $$$ cost of a BMW dealer.
(October 1, 2019, 12:34 pm)I've got to say, this is the most professional shop that I've ever been to in Las Vegas. I had some work done at another shop, and my issues weren't solved, so before taking it to the other shop again, I called Southwest Bimmers to see if they would take a look to verify that the work was (or wasn't) done.
Hannah (who is awesome, by the way) told me that they would take a look at it for free. They had me in and out within an hour or two, showed me the defective parts, explained why they needed to be fixed, and gave me an estimate. They also removed my undercarriage cover and rotated my tires for free.
It was such a pleasant experience working with these folks. I will definitely be back in the future!

From routine maintenance to modifications like Euro headers they have provided nothing but standout service and craftsmanship. I'm incredibly OCD about my cars and they absolutely put my mind to ease with quality work and thorough checks. Very knowledgeable around the S54. Thank you Hannah, Anthony, and Devon!
