Ken Rezendes has been our insurance agent for years. When he sold his business and moved to AMS we were thrilled. AMS has a very good reputation from what we had heard and knowing Ken now worked there only makes it better. Ken is a very experienced insurance man and can answer all our questions clearly and precisely so that we understand what we are getting or not getting. He is always courteous and polite. He has a great sense of humor and make you feel very at ease as your handing over your insurance check. lol We just changed insurance companies, and Ken found us a company that saved up about $600/year.

Was informed by Ken that A Dependable Insurance and AMS Insurance had merged to help better service the Client. I needed to make a Payment for my car insurance policy and found the office was located in a very nice neighborhood and that the office personnel offered me cold bottled water while I waited. The Office was quite lovely and had an organized and well-kept look to it.
