The pride in their baked goods is not misplaced. Brett and Brandon bring old fashioned hand made baked goods to modern Vegas. First bite, and setting the alarm to get to pop up site early is worth it.

"Artisan" is a word that is thrown around a lot these days, but Desert Bread is the real deal. It is so good, they have ruined store bought bread for us. And the pastries are pure love. Get your order in early. Drop in on the pop ups early. They will sell out every week. And then you'll be kicking yourself, waiting for the next week, when you swear you will not miss out. They are that good.

Excellent artisan bread and pastries, baked with passion and integrity. Can't get better than that! The proprietors are a treasure for the valley.
