My therapist was Alyssa .. I booked a lymphatic drainage because my allergies were acting up and I need to boost my immune system.. As i waited in the waiting area she came out and greeted me very politely and asked if I need to use the rest room 1st.. that was a good idea sense I’ll be in session don’t want any distractions lol.. as I finished with using the restroom she patiently waited for me near the door and guided me to the massage room.. she has great communication skills and told me about the session That i requested.she than left to go wash her hands and would knock when I was ready.. I acknowledged .. once on the table and fully draped she politely knocked and began the session..... her touch was just the right amount to guild my lymph fluid to it’s proper place.. during the whole session i was calm and In a very relaxing state.. as we are coming to the end of my session she surprised me with a hot towel for my feet.. which was very nice and absolutely divine .the reason being I’m always on my feet at work .. running ,jogging and standing so much that something something so small as a hot towel to my feet was pure Ecstasy .. Thank you Alyssa for making me feel welcomed,safe, Comfortable And at ease ...after my session I blew my nose and could breath beautifully ... I would definitely recommend Alyssa for this service ..

My first time trying a spa massage, I've gotten a medium relaxation massage and it was delightfully wonderful. Very comfortable and soothing. I liked it and my body definitely feels lighter and more relaxed. The staff knows what they are doing. I highly recommend this place. Awesome Job Well Done. My only experience with this place is I booked a massage a few hours in advance for 1pm. I received a call at 12:55p, while I was pulling into the parking lot, saying that there was a mistake and "the system" accidentally double-booked my time slot. They offered to move me to 4p, which I couldn't make. That's it. They cancelled me in the parking lot and said sorry, book another time with us. What's the point?

-Update:
The manager called me back a few hours later and apologized and offered a free massage for their mistake. So at least they're willing to make these right.
