(April 21, 2018, 2:54 pm)I have been training at Shoshinkan for several years and absolutely love it. The instructors and the atmosphere they create are special and make for a unique opportunity for those looking to better themselves. This school offers Aikido, Judo, Japanese and Okinawan weapons as well as Karate. I have enrolled my daughter and son, both of whom are under the ages of 8 in the kids classes, which are wonderful. This school is highly recommended.
(April 3, 2018, 12:03 pm)Awesome place, friendly people and knowledgeable instructors. Great place to exercise while learning the values of martial arts. No need to bore myself in the gym anymore, I just come on the mat, have fun, and keep in shape all at the same time!
(March 17, 2018, 5:47 pm)My 15 year old takes classes here, and what he is learning is excellent. The teacher is clear in his instructions, which has lead to my son making rapid progress. This art form (Aikido) is unique, as it focuses less on an attack and more on safer ways to redirect the opponent's motion. My son is getting healthier, losing weight, gaining skills and becoming more confident. They definitely earned 5 stars!
