Omega Boutique

Jennifer was our salesperson and she was excellent! It was my wife’s birthday and wanted it to be a special moment. Jennifer made us feel comfortable and not rushed while making our selection. Her knowledge of the watches helped us make the right decision. She offered us water and champagne during our time at the boutique . Next year I plan on returning to buy an Omega watch for myself. We are extremely appreciative of our experience!

I went in the store and David helped me. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the watch I was looking for and provided me with exceptional service. I felt like I was buying a 100k watch. I didn’t feel any pressure into buying the watch at all. I had an incredible experience. Matthew, the manager was able to work with me and I love this store!!! Will definitely come back to more timepieces for my collection.

Absolutely incredible people! Aside from carrying my favorite brand of watches, everyone there was professional & goes far out of their way to make each person feel welcomed & valued!
I’ve purchased watches from other stores like this & they typically make you feel as though you’re wasting their time or can’t afford anything there.

So excited for my new Omega! I have been waiting for the perfect watch to come along and i finally found it. The Team at Omega boutique in the Wynn is always a pleasure to deal with. They have patiently answered all my questions and shown me numerous watches. As a local Las Vegas resident I highly recommend heading down to the store to pick out your next time piece. Johnny was my salesperson and I can’t say enough about the guy. Great to work with, passionate about his job and knowledgeable. I will be back!

The professionals at the Omega boutique was welcoming and very knowledgeable. The entire process was seamless and very enjoyable. Robert payed attention to every detail and was a remarkable listener. He even helped my girlfriend and I extended our celebration of our anniversary by sending a surprise gift up to our room after discovering that we were staying at the hotel where the boutique was located.
