  Amy is such an authentic ray of light. Never having had a full reiki session before, I had no idea what to expect so I went in with an open mind. I was also experiencing new changes in my body that needed healing and attention.
  
  Amy’s caring & gentle demeanor put me at ease and I felt very relaxed. She explained everything about how the session was going to proceed before she got started. While she checked each of my chakras, she explained that process too.
  
  I had only two chakras that was open and the rest were closed. I was so delighted when she said all of my chakras are now open. Towards the end of the session she had me drew two cards of self-affirmations and it was a beautiful experience.
  
  The reiki healing itself was very effective in terms of how I felt afterwards, and Amy gave me great tips on what to do after the session to maximize its benefits.
  
  For anyone curious about reiki and inner healing, see Amy. She is wonderful! And I am so lucky I met her at kundalini class!

  Absolutely magical ✨
  Amy is so wonderful, and full of life. She immediately puts you at ease. This was the best reiki experience of my life! I would highly recommend.

  This was my first time trying reiki and was open minded, expecting nothing.
  Amy started by playing soothing music, gentle tones and essential oils to calm my spirit.
  As she moved over my chakras I could feel different levels of relaxation. My back stop hurting, my head was clear and my heart was a bit lighter when I left. Everything I was holding on to she called out, which was amazing. I feel like she pulled me out of my depression.
  I will definitely be returning.

  Received my 3rd Reiki session with Amy. It was amazing! She is so full of light and love. I left feeling rejuvenated, more positive, and uplifted!! I highly recommend Amy for all of her services.

  I really loved my session with Amy. She has a gentle energy that is needed for healing. I felt completely safe and taken care of. She had some insights that she sensed while she was working on me. They were about things I hadn't told her before our session but she could tell I had been working on. She's very intuitive.
  
  Afterwards, I literally felt like I could see clearer in my vision and also had some a-ha moments immediately afterwards and into the night. It's currently the day after my session, and I am still feeling the releasing of negativity.
  
  I highly recommend going to Amy for a Reiki session!
