When I began working with Mark at PI4L fitness, I was not in the best shape after having numerous spine surgeries and two fusions. I am one of those people who is somewhat intimidated with the gym scene but wanted to get in better shape. Right out of the gate, I knew I came to the right place to get fit. Mark's knowledge, patience, caring and positive energy made me feel right at home when I started my new fitness program. I am now in great shape! I am stronger and more flexible than I ever thought possible with my back and neck fusions. I have come to a point where I no longer fear and dread working out, it has become enjoyable and I look forward to my workouts thanks to Mark and PI4L..... Mark, thanks for helping me improve my mind, body and soul, I appreciate you :)
