He was friendly kept us informed on our options and got us an excellent rate by being able to combine all or policies under one carrier with better coverage. ( My last agent wouldn't help or answer the phone for 2 days) Marc got us all new insurance cards immediately. Was absolutely the best experience with a insurance agent ever.

There have been plenty of times that I needed my account reviewed or confirmation of insurance sent to various locations and I have always been accommodated by either Marc or Anthony. I have never had to wait more than a reasonable amount of time before getting the documents forwarded when needed. Their attention to my needs has always been appreciated in the years they have been my insurance company. Kudos and thanks for the service.
