(October 4, 2021, 4:53 pm)The room was perfect! Wish I would have been there longer. Was in the lobby in the evening, and Kiara the Desk Clerk, was so pleasant. She was awesome. We did hear a few people commenting that the bar wasn't open. With 4 wedding events going on, I'm guessing they would have appreciated that. Very nice hotel .

(September 13, 2021, 9:25 am)My wife and I stayed at this marvelous property for two nights while visiting nearby family and could not have been more impressed. The room design and layout was perfect, the bed was comfortable and everything in the room and bath worked perfectly. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we come to the area!
(August 27, 2021, 5:38 pm)Everything was nice as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and well appointed. If I'm ever out that way again I would stay there again.

(October 29, 2020, 8:40 pm)So far so good! We have lived here about a week. The outside is nice and secluded, which i like because people aren't roaming around. I also want to thank Veronica so much!! She has been so awesome! We came from California and she's been so helpful with the whole process. There was a couple things that needed to be fixed in the apartment, but they came out the next day and fixed everything!!
(July 29, 2020, 12:41 pm)Update: We applied just a day or 2 after viewing and the amazing ladies in the office pushed our application through!!! We will be moving in next month and can not wait!!! Thank you Dee and Veronica!!! You ladies rock!
We came in on monday to tour the property and fell in love with the location.Veronica has been absolutely amazing. I spoke with Dee as well and she too has been amazing. Not only did the price go down on the unit i applied for but when we toured it felt like home and it felt good! Can't wait to move in next month and get settled in before our new baby comes!!!
(May 20, 2020, 1:34 pm)I've been living here for several years and I've seen it all. It's been a rollercoaster. I was weary when new management took over, and it had a bumpy start. However, things are looking good now. They take care of any issue I ask, and are prompt and understanding :)
Pros: HOT water that lasts forever and has good pressure (this is why I moved here!) Working appliances, management that is understanding, new paint, took care of homeless situation on property and other concerns. Maintenance is great. Overall a great VALUE especially for single people and couples. The apartment layout and features are some of the BEST in Vegas. Most neighbors are chill as well, it's only the few who ruin it for the many.
Cons: Some of the people in the complex litter, don't watch their children, party late at night, have loud fights at 1am, and don't respect that it's a community property. A little bit unsafe when you leave the complex by the wash (this is unavoidable because of the area) Also trash service (and fee) should be optional to opt out of. I don't use it so it's frustrating I have to pay for it.
Should you live here? Yes. If you're a single person or couple looking for a good value, this is a good choice.
