  I couldn't have asked for a better marriage counselor. Anabelle was able to provide us tools to help us save our marriage. I honestly believe we wouldn't have made it without her help. We have tried many other marriage counselors with no progress. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family without blinking an eye. Top notch service and wonderful person all around.

  LOVE Her!!! Went to Dr. Bugatti to help me cope with a breakup and was able to work on some trauma from the past I hadn't really been able to deal with before. She was so kind and empathic. I felt so comfortable and safe, and I really felt understood and heard for the first time EVER!!! Our work together really opened my mind and my heart again. So much of what she talked about with me really made sense. Seriously, she's an amazing therapist! Dr. Anabelle Bugatti really knows what she's doing!!! She really knows how to help people!!! Go See her for any of your troubles!! She's excellent!! I really recommend her!!

  The Best Marriage Counselor in Las Vegas! My wife and I went to Dr. Bugatti for Couples Counseling to save our marriage. We kept having the same fights over and over, and our sex life really started to fade. Honestly things started to feel pretty hopeless. Dr. Anabelle Bugatti helped us save our marriage. She really got us, and helped us learn some new skills, and dig deep into some stuff I didn't even realize was there. My wife also saw her individually for some of her previous trauma that was getting triggered too. She's like a new person who's happy again!
  I'm so glad we went to her! You do have to be willing to really put in the work, but she knows what she's doing. Definitely recommend her!!!

  My Wife and I saw Anabelle when we thought we were at the end of our relationship. Nothing terrible, just nothing good either. We decided we owed ourselves a few sessions to see what we saw... a few sessions later we liked what we were working on together, and tried a few more. Things began picking up for us because we tried something we couldn't do ourselves. We still see Anabelle for check ups though not as often. But we are happier to wake up next to each other than we had been in the last 5 years and it just keeps getting better. If you want to keep your relationship and make it better... give this a shot. It's no magic pill but it's what we were missing.

  Dr. Bugatti at Las Vegas Marriage Counseling helped us go to the real problem in our marriage and helped us repair our relationship. We had been to a few other therapists that gave us really lame exercises that never even got close to helping us in a real way. So glad we found Dr. Bugatti, she was awesome!!! The coolest part is, she helps us learn how to do this stuff on our own so we don't have to see a therapist every time we have a problem. Would highly recommend!!!
