  Amongst all the apartments i have visited, esplanade was the most warm and welcoming one. Alexia and Adia were really responsive everytime i had any sort of question or a problem and helped me settle down really well! .Overall awesome experience!

  I have lived here since mid 2013. I love this condo Community. Everything about it and the security. I feel safe after a divorce of 40 years and I am alone.
  
  Most of all I love Nanette and Adia from the beginning and they are like daughters to me. As Management you couldn’t get any better. These girls have helped me and supported me so much through the years. Anything I need they get it done right away. The compassion and caring and their loving hearts are incredible. So many places need a lesson from these wonderful women who I call my friends and Family. I have several health issues and anything I need they will help me. Also Maintenance is the best. They respond quick day or night. It’s safe, beautiful and I am happy here. Most of all I love seeing the girls can. This is my home!! Blessings and love and thanks girls for everything. Cindy

  Esplanade is better than advertised!! We thought it looked amazing while we still lived in Seattle, but in person it truly felt like home. We would like to send a huge shoutout to Lisa! She spent a lot of time helping us get adjusted and meeting with us well beyond the time frame we gave her. She genuinely made us feel at home! Thank you Lisa, Adia, and Esplanade!!

  Been living at Esplanade since 2016 and must say I would stay another 5 years. The girls in the office Nanette and Adia are very nice and easy to talk to. Ive has a couple small maintenance issues before that were taken care immediately by Elvis. Love living here and would highly recommend this property.

  Just moved here almost 6 months ago. Had nothing but pleasant experiences. Adia and Sarah have been very friendly and professional. They made the move in process effortless. Maintenance staff have always responded much sooner than I’ve expected. Very friendly and professional. Grounds are clean. I know with so many different types of people living in the complex it’s hard to always keep it spotless. I would highly recommend Esplanade’s as a safe and clean environment.
