Advent Home Health

My wife was recently hospitalized and our doctor referreed Advent Home Health. I was very worried bringing her home but the coordintors Claudine and Cyrus put me at ease. Everyone was very professional and got the best care. Thanks to the nurses and therapists she is doing very well. The aid did a great job to. I never could of had my wife home and stay home without Advents help. I recommended my neighbor to them and he was up and walking days after his knee replacement. They are my go to agency and would not trust any other company.

I have been sick for a very long time being in and out of surgery and on dialysis. Needless to say I have had a lot of hospital stays, rehab and home health so I know what good and bad healthcare is. I have never received such good care than what I’ve been getting from Advent. I have been using them for years. I have had about 6 other companies before advent that don’t compare to them. They were all out for the money and only stayed 20 minutes a visit. I won’t have anyone else but Advent who take their time with me. I’m not sure what kind of help this other reviewer needed and it’s sad to hear about her mother. It is obvious this family is going through some tough times and maybe needs more care than what home health can give. I pray for her mother if she only has a few years to live. Despite my feelings for her mother I don’t feel the same way for her! Shame on you to take your anger and grief out on a online review and on Advent. Teaching is part of their job even if it’s not something you want to hear. It’s one of the survey questions Medicare wants to know. Let me tell you about Claudine. She is nothing but kind, patient and helpful. She even came out to see me when my dressing fell off and another time when my tube feeding machine wasn’t working. My nurse couldn’t get to me quick enough so she came to north Las Vegas to help me. SHE goes above and beyond. My therapists Joe and Jana are amazing. My nurse Kris is so kind and knowledgeable and treats me with the utmost respect! I recommend them to everyone and so do my doctors. My new neighbors use them too and have been even before they were my neighbors. I know we can’t please everyone but this agency sure do their best and I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done for me. I’d be an invalid and probably not be alive if it weren’t for them!
