(April 19, 2023, 12:38 pm)This place is awesome! They took good care of my mom. Vaneta - who I believe is the director there - is Fabulous!! She was very accommodating and understood our needs to get my mom to a long term assisted living facility in another state. She made it happen and always called me back when she said she would. I can't thank her enough for making the transfer easy to the airport to get her on a plane on her way to my brother and the new facility. Vaneta thank you SO much!! I won't forget it. Terri is also really helpful. Consider yourself lucky if you have a loved one that needs Post-Acute care.

(February 20, 2023, 7:23 pm)In my experience with Sage Creek, therapy continues to help patients improve and return home. What is nice about the facility is all their patients are short term so the goal is for every patient to return home with their loved ones within a couple of weeks. I would definitely recommend it!

(December 29, 2022, 11:29 am)My sweet Doreen! She always, went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met during my mother's stay at Sage Creek. Doreen was so attentive. My mother was very ill and it was extremely tough witnessing her health decline everyday. It was heartbreaking because I felt helpless and constantly wished there was something I could do to turn things around. My encounters with the Receptionist Doreen were always incredible. She always showed empathy, concern, and lots of love. She has the sweetest smile that lights up the room and she constantly checked on my family and I to make sure we were okay. Although, it's been a long road and I was just staying in Vegas for a bit in hopes that my mother would get better, that all changed when she departed Sage Creek and went to hospice. Unfortunately, she passed away. I felt the need to speak on my experience with Doreen at Sage Creek and would like to thank her for making a sad situation feel a lot lighter just by being so nice, sweet, comforting, and nurturing. Her positive vibrations were so strong that you can feel her spirit from miles away. She definitely was at the right place at the right time because Doreen is truly what I needed to get through this very difficult time. Thank you Doreen for your love and support.
