  I had a MUCH better experience here than at the Warm Springs location. I was in and out in 40 minutes for my oil change. I was greeted from Chris Deuel and he took care of me. Thanks for the oil change!

  First time at this shop. I moved from small town south where you had a "guy" You took your car to your guy, he did your oil change and a full work up and let you know if anything else needed fixing and if it was minor, just went ahead and fixed it. Having moved to the big city, I found my oil changes were simply that and needless to say I was less than equipped to do my own work ups. I called Ted Weins and explained the situation and let them know I needed the works. Chris and the guys there did a full work up, let me know of some filters that needed changing, and (to my absolute horror) found and graciously removed a massive mouse nest from one of my air filters. They also let me know of things that needed to be fixed in the near future so I could budget for them. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and did I mention the mouse nest removal??
  
  At any rate, nice to know small town service exists in the big city. I think I've found my new "guys".

  I've been going to this particular Ted Wiens at 9445 Eastern since 1999. The main reason is Chris Deuel. A good service writer is worth his weight in gold because he is the quarterback of the auto and tire service team. Chris knows his personnel on the floor and provides impeccable customer service, matching the right customer to the right mechanic or technician to solve the right problem. Knowing Chris is there running things gives me peace of mind. I know that I'm going to receive quality service, and that I'm going to be charged a reasonable price for the service provided. Chris knows how to talk to customers and I'm sure he knows how to communicate with his staff. He and Ted Wiens at 9445 S. Eastern Avenue have earned this highest rating many times over!

  I've been bringing my personal cars as well as my fleet vehicles here for years and service has been excellent every time. I never feel like i'm being pressured into extra service. Chris lays it out straight every visit. He always tells me when something looks like it should be serviced (filters, tires, brakes...etc) and leaves it at that. If I don't have the money for it that month I pass and they just do the service I brought the car in for. Easy breezy.

  I go to this Ted Wiens specifically to deal with Chris. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable about what needs to be done to my vehicles. My company and I strongly recommend this location because of Chris. Great Customer Service! Great Pricing!
