We have been there many times and every time we were pleased with the customer service. Also the store is ran by the teenagers, I have never seen an adult manager there . The other reviews you read about the service is true , teenagers work there with the "whatever" attitude.
Although I have never experienced any problems with the staff, they were always friendly and nice to me. They make good ice cream creations! With tons of each mix-ins for the perfect ratio with each bite. They have a lot of different flavors to choose from and they also have a sugar free ice cream. My favorite is sweet cream and cake better too. Reason for the 4 stars is because the store could use some good cleaning, especially of the outside seating area. Other than that ,the ice cream is definitely a five star , so delicious and yummy. It's one of the best places to get delicious ice cream . Thanks Cold Stone for a delicious treat!
