(February 4, 2021, 4:06 pm)The VA is a good place to go for a multitude of resources and benefits. What irks me is that the VA gets a bad reputation for its services and people when in reality most of the frustrations that veterans have is that they’re not prepared, didn’t do any research, or simply want everything done for them. I’m no professional, I’m a veteran myself that uses the services at this location and I gather all the information aforementioned from sitting and listening to the very loud and disrespectful people that come in yelling at the receptionists for no good reason. If you need help and you’re willing to help yourself, the VA is a great place.
