I have had mostly positive experiences with the front desk contrary to other reviews on here, once they did schedule me for the wrong location which was a huge inconvenience.”

“My daughter saw Dr. Keaton to have her tongue and lip tie released. I could not be happier with the results! My daughter couldn’t nurse efficiently and was having to be supplemented with a bottle. Immediately after the procedure she was able to efficiently nurse and we were able to eliminate the bottle all together. The procedure was very quick and healing time was minimal. Dr. Keaton and his team made me feel super comfortable and took great care of my little girl. I would highly recommend this practice!”

“Blake Johnson did my original trust in 2016 and I needed to change some things. I also had some questions about the banks' way of dispersing money to beneficiaries (always equal amounts). I found out that the only way it could be split up in unequal parts is if you have your accounts in the name of your trust. Then you can have your money any way you specify in the trust. Also your house, stocks, 401K, etc. If it's in your trust, you can spcify beneficiaries the way you want to. And Blake even helps with the sale of the house if that's what the beneficiaries want! Blake and his office staff were really helpful in everything. I left knowing that everything will be taken care of the very best way possible once I pass. They gave me peace of mind, knowing that whoever gets my estate will not have a difficult time with the details, and NO Probate Court! I give my highest recommendation. These guys are great!”

“They have always been helpful. Staff knowledgeable. I purchased 2 phones around Christmastime and the girl told me I HAD to have insurance on the phone for at least 6 months. I needed the phones so agreed. After paying for it twice and ready the third time I asked around and nobody had heard that. When I went in to pay my monthly on the phone I asked clerk about that 6month deal (different girl) and she was a bit confused and said no that was incorrect. I cancelled the insurance and that's the end of that. I wasn't in the mode for getting that employee in trouble for giving false info.....the end”

“Went to this ED today to treat a kidney infection. I was in horrible pain, felt miserable and was very sick.. the staff here was out of this world. Attentive, compassionate, empathetic, direct with communication and worked at great lengths to make sure labs were done fast, test done and pain was controlled. There is not one bad or disappointed moment. Thanks to my nurse Jason he was amazing as well as DR Davidson whom was just as attentive as the nurses, he explained every process, every motive and everything he planned to conquer. Never made me feel rushed . He even came to check on me..not many ED drs do that..Thanks to you all. Iam feeling better already! Keep up the good work.”
