Crystal was very professional and nice. Yes, she is stern, but hey, its probably because all she gets is grief from everyone. We enjoyed our talks, and i appreciate what she does. If it wasn't for her, she wouldn't be available for us; public for the service they provide. Tip, yes, i tipped her. Again, its a service. And i appreciate that they can not only SMOG my vehicle, and register my vehicle. I am me, if she is having a bad day and my conversation with her doesn't make her smile; stay positive, than oh well, but she did smile and we had a good chat Great service, fast and efficient.. And she honored my coupon ($15.00). Smile and stay positive people.
