The staff is super friendly. You feel a welcome vibe as soon as you touch the door. They listen and provide you with the care that is helpful for both you and your wallet. The Dentist is nothing but a ball of awesome sauce. I am terrified of dentists due to past experiences, but Dr. Mathisen has a way of making you feel safe and you can't help but to trust her. I can't tell you enough how Welcome the whole staff team made me feel. Before I walked in I was so embarrassed, emotional & scare to be judge I just want to be able to smile again. They walked me through everything, asked if had any questions,. I left there Happy & Excited that I am going get that chance again. My best friend referred me & I can't thank her enough..

I liked the staff and they were very nice. They also made my kids feel that they weren’t going to get hurt. Let’s face it, most 5 and 8 year-olds are scared of feeling like they are choking, and they made them feel as if they were fine. The appointments for my two kids didn’t take long as well. I will be returning to Eastern Hills Family Dentistry in the future.

My 7 year old needed to be seen and they saw him after hours just as they were closing. They were, swift, kind, and professional. Did some X-rays and the doc did an exam and sent him for a referral. On top of that, they saw him even though they couldn’t send the claim to the insurance until I call tomorrow. They trusted that I would do my part. Also, they have a beautiful office!

This Dental office was great today! I never been there before they called in because I had bad tooth pain. They were able to get me into an appointment. The staff was very lovely and nice I can’t wait to make this my permanent dentist. I had an emergency on one of my back tooth . they put in a referral to do a root canal right away. Looking forward to seeing the staff again and making it my family dental. 😃
