Worked with this agency for many years now. I think the best feature is their communication. Even in the rare instance I had to leave a message I knew what I needed would get worked on. In fact they have never let me down. I am not sure how much more or less I am paying vs other carriers but when you have a team you can actually count on I really don't mind if I am paying a little more.
