“Fountain Park is great community. Me and my fiancé Mike have lived here for 5 years and we love it. The community is clean and quite. The buildings are always clean and also the laundry rooms. The location is also convenient. The maintenance team Orlando and Manuel are awesome. They are really hard workers. The always come to fix things in my apartment right away and they keep the common area clean and well maintained. Staff is very caring about the place in every aspect.”

Stop here for Revision, Lead Dog and Modern Times to name a few. Plus they keep the super fresh IPAs that Revision and Lead Dog make in the fridge not warm on shelves like Total Wine. “This is a great location. I'd love more parking and a drive thru, but what can you do? Everyone is very nice, and this location is very spacious on the inside. It doesn't feel cramped or crowded. The baristas are friendly and quick, and drinks are made perfectly every time. They don't have a lot of merchandise at this location, but I feel like it just keeps the atmosphere looking clean and uncluttered. If I had time to sit in a Starbucks, or I was going to meet someone at one, this is the location I would pick.”
