I did a lot of research and decided to go check Kaizen out. From the first time I showed up there I was treated like family and it has felt like a home ever since! The Owner and the Coaches are so friendly, very knowledgeable and very genuine people! I have improved tremendously in the last 2 months I have been attending. I can't thank them enough! Office staff is friendly and do a great job of answering questions and assisting guests. The amenities feel like I'm on vacation everyday, I absolutely love the pool /fire pit. Great location.”
