I made an appointment for an NYS inspection same day, which I was unable to do anywhere else. I worked with Robert who was professional, personable, and had a great sense of humor. Robert was able to get my car inspected and I was out of there quickly. I would definitely recommend Midas and Robert for your auto care needs.

So, it's a little long but I'll try to summarize. About two months ago I came here for a rotation and tire re-balancing. Super nice group and pretty laid back in my eyes. Everything went smooth, off I go.

This morning I replaced my brakes with a friend to save money and hang out together. While doing it, he noticed I was missing a spacer ring to my custom rims.

I came back here to explain the situation and the mechanic remembered me and/or my car and replied 'we kept it for you.' I was super happy about this and in ways blown away. I really appreciated they held onto it despite not remembering what car it went to. I do not fault them for the spacer ring, if anything, I am complementing them for holding onto it. I can't say I ever worked with a shop or a dealership that does that.

I’m a college student and know little to nothing about cars but always take my car here for everything I need and always have a great experience. They’re always available to fit me in and get the work done quickly and efficiently. Great customer service and employees! Highly recommend to anyone in the area

**The rude manager who is mentioned in the earlier reviews was nowhere to be found.** The daytime manager, Robert, is friendly and helpful. For Spanish speakers, you should know Robert speaks fluent Spanish. I’ll be back!

Went in for a last minute inspection after being turned away by multiple places. They were able to fit me in ASAP and I was out within 30 minutes. Clean and run efficiently! Will definitely go back if I ever need other service.
