Adolfo went above and beyond with customer service. He got off at 7 PM and he stayed with me until 9:45 PM to make sure my transactions were handled.

He was on hold with customer service to make sure my account was credited properly. he also showed me the nuances of my new phone and watch. Overall he gave fantastic customer service.

Kalil was my customer service representative. He was very polite, positive, respectful and professional. My issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes due to his knowledge and awareness. Very much appreciated

I was in here last night and Manny helped me get set up with 3 new phones. He was super personable, and efficient and patient. Our order had a few issues that made the whole process a lot longer than we expected & he was still really friendly & helpful. Excellent customer service.
