Two of them had strong smells from children vomiting, another from the playroom had a combination of dog and kid urine, and the last one mainly foot traffic. I found this business on a search and they answered my questions when I called. I took them up on bringing in the rugs myself to get a 15% discount. I felt like they gave me a fair estimate and were honest with me when they told me there probably wasn't much they could do for the playroom rug without me spending more on it than I would to buy a new rug. They told me to expect the rugs in a week and then called me back 3 days later to tell me they were ready. They were very helpful loading and unloading the rugs. The cleaned rugs no longer had the horrible smells they did and are back in place in our house. Overall, very happy with this service.
