I really enjoy coming to this location the staff is always very helpful and professional. I had a unexpected problem with filling a police report though. Victoria refused to file a report for me saying saying she hated filling them. she claimed it was missing information which was not true. The reason I'm still rating a 5 is because ROCHELLE at the location decided to help me. I understand filling a report may take time but that is not a reason to pass it off to someone else.I found Victoria very unprofessional and hope she doesn't denie other people because she doesn't like filling certain kinds of reports.
Very fast and supportive on a domestic battery . Not only did they do their job but they listened and observed the problem. Making sure that I was fine and safe before they left me . Directing me to all the places I needed to go and call that I could get help from . Response time was outstanding.
The officer's at this location we're so wonderful and helpful. They really care about the community. My 3 year old son loves Police officers and they showed him how kind and caring they are by giving him a little attention. What an awesome team to continue to grow and encourage the youth.
