(January 18, 2019, 1:43 pm)We've had 1st motorized shade for almost 2 years and have added a second since then. No issues with service, prompt and employees very knowledgeable about the product. Only 4 stars as I'm not completely thrilled with where a hole was cut to install an interior motorized blind. Looks like an outlet cover 7ft off the floor and another hole patched that no one sees but looks like a 'oops' location.
