Infinitely better now that there are restrooms and a water fountain. Very quiet trail, well maintained with hints of wildlife. 100% desert vegetation and sand/rock landscape, no grassy areas. Nestled between a subdivision, golf course and ravine. Very few shade structures on trail, so in the summer months it is too hot to walk my dog there, but the remaining 3 seasons are very pleasant.
