I did a wisdom tooth surgery here and Doctor Swanson is amazing! He’s very kind and compassionate, kept me calm, and got all four teeth out in 20 minutes. I’m doing well and they keep recovery as smooth as possible. Only complaint is that it is always a struggle to contact someone in the office, but if you leave a message they will often get back within the day.

I agree with the long waiting time to be seen. I also agree with the rude front desk staff. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the manager I believe her name is Rochelle was very helpful for me. While waiting for insurance approval I was wondering why it was taking so long so I left her a message. She called back within a couple hours which was pretty quick to me since usually it takes days or maybe even never. She addressed my concerns as I was quite upset my tone of voice was not the nicest she still kept her mild mannered tone which was awesome. This was a Fri afternoon she said she would check into a few things and get back to me later that day so I'm not thinking yeah right it's Fri afternoon she's not going to call me back until next week but sure enough right before closing she calls me back as promised. The Dr is cool good bedside manner. But if you're looking to get an appointment quickly I would go elsewhere.

Dr Swanson was referred to me and I am so happy with the results. The office was very busy but everyone was very nice. It’s not fun to need oral surgeon, but he really is the best! It was worth the 45 minute drive to his office. They always call before appointments and they even called after to see how I was feeling and insure my recovery would go as planned. They take most insurance plans and everything from start to finish was nothing short of perfect!
