I switched to Aurum several months ago and have been extremely happy with the quality of their work and their excellent customer service. After my first few cases, they took the time to call and ask how everything went and if I preferred any adjustments or changes. They fabricated a beautiful emax anterior veneer case for me most recently and I didn’t have to pick up a single bur for the insert. The patient was extremely happy with the esthetics of the case!

I've been using Aurum for over 10 years and have always found their work and professionalism to be excellent. I have even trusted them with work in my own mouth.

Shocking and humorous that someone would have an issue with the quality of Aurum Ceramic! They take the time to do things right - always have and I'm sure always will! Been thrilled to get to work with them for 19 years! If there's an issue with the result, it is almost certainly because of the old adage... garbage in, garbage out... almost certainly the problem is about either prep design or impression or adhesion... not the construction of the veneer... at least that's what I've seen in nearly 2 decades of working with them!
