What a wonderful moving experience with Southwest Express! They agreed to move us from our home in Washington to Arizona at the last minute. The move went so smooth. The movers were very neat and careful. They handled our belongings as if they were their own. The pick up and delivery times were completed in the proper time frames. We just received our things yesterday, in fact. Just as we had planned. Southwest Express not only planned out our move perfectly but delivered our things unscathed. Remarkable, to say the least.

It is always a relief when your movers show up on time. On the morning of my move Southwest Express called me and let me know they would be there in less than 30 minutes. Their moving crew showed up on time and were professional and extremely careful with our furniture. They also made sure to not bump into any walls. With such a short notice on my end they managed to park and get going with moving and wrapping everything quickly. I have no such complaints with any of their movers! I will be using their services for all my future moves and will be referring them to my friends and coworkers!! Thy handled my belongings with the maximum amount of care and took my stress level down to a zero. Delivery did take a little bit longer than anticipated (only talking a few days here ) but they definitely made up for it with a discount and quality of service. They were competent and diligent with their time, and I will book them again for my next move. Much appreciation goes out to Southwest Express and all their stupendous work they did on my move! The price was as quoted. The movers/drivers arrived early. The guys at Southwest Express were heaven sent. I actually was a last minute move, and they were able to accommodate my move date and also price! They were all so pleasant and knowledgeable whenever I had questions or concerns. I truly appreciate all their hard work and effort. Too bad more moving companies aren’t like Southwest Express! It’s not easy dealing with other people’s belongings/mess, but they do a beautiful job at it. They really made my move a piece of cake. Thanks Southwest Express for making my move so easy and efficient!

These movers were exceptional to work with. Especially compared to other movers I have worked with in the past 🙄. They were great about arranging the best pick up time that worked for me and my schedule. It was quite a large move and Southwest Express was professional, courteous and very careful and got the job done in record time! I had a piano and grandfather clock which they took time to carefully wrap and crate. I also had a lot of books and they put them in boxes in a nice and orderly manner. Overall, it was a great experience and I would most definitely use them again in the future.

You MUST use Southwest Express for your moving needs! They did such a fantastic job on my move from start to finish. They did show up a little late on the day of but the driver called and told me he would be late coming from another pick up. I was okay with that and admired the fact that he didn’t leave me hanging. They moved me from the Bay Area to Vegas. I did end up paying more than the estimate but my move coordinator made me aware before my move date that I might pay more or less depending on the size of my furniture and other things. There were no surprises. Actually, I take that back, the only surprise was that it went so smoothly! The guys that came to pick me up were so nice and professional and also the gentlemen that delivered me. They made sure everything was put together and placed where I wanted it to go. All in all, if you want a stress free, no bait and switch move, then you must go with Southwest Express.
