I thought getting started with insurance would be a complicated, but Brandon who previously worked here, helped make the process so simple and efficient. Now, Mario is the agent I go to. I felt like he also truly cared about helping me maintain my insurance plan and he did so because of his useful problem solving skills.

Brandon was willing to take the time to go over all my insurance options in detail. Most importantly to me, Brandon is willing to be my single point of contact for all my needs, rather than going through other customer service specialists over the phone, which is why I left my other insurance agency of over 35 years.
