Alterra Apartments

Melissa and Brenda are the nicest ladies I’ve met in a leasing office i love my unit and so far these apartments are very quiet . I can’t express how great of a woman Melissa is if you decide to move here you will see for yourself. On the other hand, Sheila is not pleasant at all very rude never answers the phone just sits in the office at her desk with an attitude talking to people like she’s crazy I’ve went in the office a few times and overheard tenants having an altercation with her i honestly think she doesn’t need to be working here anymore!!!! if you call the office for ANYTHING she’s just RUDE and unapproachable HUNG UP IN MY FACE AS I WAS TALKING!!!! Just never speak to her it’s always best to speak to Melissa and Brenda 🥰

I have lived here for 4 years and have had the best experience. Melissa and Brenda in the front office are the best. They understand that sometimes life happens and they don't hold it against you.

I’d like to start by saying I Loved my time at Alterra Apartments I’ve been a resident for the last 3.5 years ! I don’t have much to say but I did want to take time to acknowledge the Professionalism and Positive attitude always displayed by Brenda since I’ve moved in. She treats every request I’ve ever given with the upmost urgency and definitely made me feel heard as a resident. I’ll always be thankful for her and how easy she made the process living here at Alterra. Not sure if this will get to the right person but i do hope she’s acknowledged for her outstanding work and being an Amazing Representation for this property.
