(February 18, 2019, 6:49 pm)It turns out that I have been dieting really hard and not losing the weight that I wanted. I figured out it was because I was drinking two jars of Starbucks in the morning from a convenience store and 2 in the evening. I was basically drinking about 45 spoonfuls of sugar a day based on the labels. I still love Starbucks but I have switch to a Americano with no added goodies in it. I love Starbucks as much as everybody else but you have to read the labels!
