My technician was experienced,knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and made sure we understood. I would recommend this technician to everyone and since he works for pop a lock that means I will recommend the company . I’m so happy I called pop a lock and not any other mobile shop . I was so happy with the prompt and efficient service of both my insurance company, State Farm, and Pop-A- Lock. (Haven’t experienced service like this since 1970). They kept me notified via text as to ETA. The serviceman had my tire changed within 30 min of my call. The gentleman was very quick, professional and pleasant. Thanks to everyone involved from the person who took my call to the serviceman.I could not be happier!

I woke up and on my way out to the car to go around the city and my battery was completely dead. I called them and they came out and jump started my vehicle and got me on my way the tech Gabriel was fast, professional, and efficient and had me moving in the matter of a couple minutes. My battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I thought I would have to have Pop-A-Lock charge my battery so I could drive to the auto parts store to get a new one. Joseph was very knowledgeable about Geico's policies and explained that he could actually change it right there for me. The price was in line with the quotes I'd received from local auto shops with a better warranty! I got a great quality battery, friendly service and Joseph was so fast and efficient! I'm a fan of Pop-A-Lock! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the technician wasn't wearing a mask and I'm serious about my social distancing.
