(July 1, 2020, 4:22 pm)Charlotte Wilson is an awesome service consultant! We had an issue with a newly purchased 2017 VW at another dealership. Charlotte went to bat for us with the other dealer and got the problem resolved properly, not just a band-aid. Without her help, we would have had to spend $2000+ out of pocket to get the problem fixed. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and especially Charlotte! Thanks for getting my cute little 2017 Golf fixed!

Also when the salesman said he'd find my extra key (which is 586 bucks).. he found it and found me.
The service department is Golden. Everyone is nice and they are prompt on service. Thanks for giving me hope in car dealerships!
