  Adam was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He outlined my choices in plain easy to understand terms. He took the time to go over the pros and cons of each of the options and walked me through the process. I recommend The Medicare Store in general and Adam Weston in particular.

  I have been like so many these day's changes covid...everything we do gotta be more than 2/3 visits now for all things it seems. In this case, first time in year's a smooth and easy transition working with Amanda and the Medical store. I made one call. Amanda returned it that same day. We met the following day. All my business was completed professionally and fitted too my needs. Most excellent help..clarity..great experience, not often seen.

  Dawn Brown , our Medicare Store representative was efficient, prompt at both answering my initial contact call and at arrival to my home for our consultation. My husband and I were amazed at Dawn’s knowledge of all the plan options. I wish we would have met her sooner. My husband and I both signed up to change to better plans. We would have saved more money in our senior years. Now our budget will go further . I am looking forward to seeing that our paperwork goes through snd beginning to enjoy retirement more. —-Thank You , Dawn.

  I thought Alex Brown was professional yet had a very friendly and sincere attitude. Definitely understood all my concerns and talked out each issue in detail to my satisfaction.
  He let me know that I could call with any other concerns I might think of, which is always a good indication of his sincerity!!
  I would recommend him to my family and friends for Medicare assistance!

  My appointment with Alex Brown went extremely well. He was very thorough going my medications and comparing plans prices. He was also knowledgeable about benefits of the plans. I am certain between he and I that the plan that best suited my needs was selected.
  He was very pleasant and confident. I would highly recommend him to anyone not certain of the plans available to them to discuss their options.
