The market in Las Vegas at that time was at an all-time high, so I reached out to Rob to see what the opportunity was like for selling my custom home in The Ridges. It turned out to be great, so we put it on the market, and it sold real fast. I think one reason the home sold so quickly was the marketing done by Rob and his team. I anticipated that the time between listing and selling would be much greater. Given the fact that it was a large custom home in The Ridges with very unique amenities, it had to appeal to a certain buyer market that was probably fairly small. The way the home was presented—with the marketing materials, the video, and all of the extra efforts that went into it—made it a compelling purchase. I got everything I was asking for and then some, so it was a great experience. The results couldn't have turned out any better.
After living in Vegas for ten years, we moved to Florida and decided to sell our home in Red Rock Country Club. We knew a number of Realtors in the neighborhood, but we felt it best to go with someone outside our social circle. After interviewing a few realtors, we met Rob Jensen. Rob came across as a straight shooter. Even before interviewing him, we had been receiving his newsletter, and we had seen a few of his videos online. Rob worked with us on a price we considered fair. His team came out to take photos and write marketing copy, but our property never made it onto the MLS. After one showing, we received a full price cash offer. The house sold almost too fast, but there was a ton of added value during the closing process that made the commission worth it. We had several repair issues to deal with before closing and we were worried about getting everything done on time, but Rob’s team helped us resolve all the issues before our closing date. We were incredibly impressed. Had we picked another company, we don't think they would have worked as hard.
When we decided to leave Las Vegas to be closer to family, we needed to sell our high-end home in a rather nice gated area. We had been getting Rob’s monthly newsletter, and we thought it was well-produced and classy, so we had him over to talk. From the get-go, we felt he was easy to work with and talk to. It was almost like sitting and having a cup of coffee with a friend. We were planning on calling a couple other companies, but after that meeting we felt like we didn’t need to.
Everything was well-orchestrated, and Rob had team members for everything: photography, drone work, copywriting, etc. With two dogs, cleaning up and leaving the house for showings was sometimes frustrating, but Rob’s team was very accommodating. They got there early, made sure everything was in place, and notified us when it was time to come home. The team’s process was just so seamless.
Overall, we felt we did very well, and Rob represented us very well. Since closing, we’ve spoken to him three or four times, and he’s never been in a rush to get off the phone. Communicating with him and his company has always been a positive experience.
We first met Rob when we were selling our house in Eagle Hills in 2014. We interviewed three brokers, and we really liked Rob’s demeanor, his low-pressure approach, and his market knowledge. Rob and the team sold that home fairly quickly, so we bought our next house with Rob representing us as buyers. In 2021, we wanted to take advantage of the market conditions and sell, so we reached out to Rob again. We had no reason to go with any other broker; we knew we weren't going to do any better than the Rob Jensen Company.
Our biggest fear was pricing the home wrong and having it linger on the market for an extended period of time. The last thing we wanted was to continually show the house for months and months, so we worked with Rob and figured out a price that we felt was consistent with the market. Pricing the home required required some finesse. Even though we made significant renovations, our lot on the Badlands golf course was a potential deterrent because it has been closed and unwatered since 2017. Fortunately, the home sold for just over full price in 8 days—and even set a record for the sales price!
The whole experience was very easy for us. Rob has a considerable team, which allowed us to reach out to different people for different aspects of the listing. Communication with everyone was great. The team captured photos, video, and a Matterport 3D tour, tremendous tools that really distinguished our listing. We would put our full support and confidence behind Rob.
This was not our first home purchase, but it was our first time buying a home in Las Vegas. While quarantining with family near Lone Mountain, we fell in love with the area. At first, we considered buying a home there, but we changed our minds after seeing a few homes in The Ridges.
Our agent Monica, a Realtor with the Rob Jensen Company, was a dream to work with. On top of being knowledgeable and professional, she always responded to our questions quickly. Our worst fear came true when we ended up in a bidding war over the home we chose—but Monica and the team fought for us, and they won. So much of a transaction is the person who transacts for you, so we’re glad we had the right person on our side.
Monica continued to help us even after we closed on our home. While shopping for beds, we weren’t sure if a king-sized bed would be too big for one of the rooms. Within five minutes of calling Monica, we had the dimensions so we could make a decision right there in the showroom. This is a great example of the excellent service that Monica gave us throughout the entire process. We would recommend her and the Rob Jensen Company to anyone.
