“Rosario made certain that my check-in process was a breeze. He checked my online reservation, look to see if there was any additional discount plan, such as a free month. $30 a month is a great deal for a 5 x 5, at this location. Rosario showed me the locker first made certain that my disk locked fit the hasp. When we got back to fill out the paperwork, he explained the insurance. I felt it certainly was not a hard sell, like most other storage facilities. One of the best customer service interactions I have had in recent memory. I would highly recommend this facility!”

The staff keeps this place very clean and organized. Renting was very easy as Maria Obatay knew her stuff and explained everything very clearly, even answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and even gave us directions to get to her new place while avoiding heavy traffic along the way. “I spoke to Jason and he set up my move. Movers Israel, Chris & Jose Sanchez were outstanding. Their were 17 concrete steps leading up to my condo and the movers were so careful and wrapped furniture with blankets and cardboard. They even padded the corners of my condo not to get scratched. Plus they were very quick loading and unloading into storage unit. I will use Triple 7 movers into my new home. The mover disassemble and and reassemble went into new location. I would highly recommend these movers.”

“This freight company always goes the extra mile for us. We have been using R+L for about 2 years now and have nothing but great experiences. My company is in a remote location and has trouble having freight shipments picked up from our location. R+L Carriers always pulls through for us when we need them. We had an emergency situation and R+L showed up within a couple of hours to pick up our shipment and save our a$$es. Would highly recommend.
