(January 15, 2019, 5:44 pm)My boyfriend and I rented here for a year and after all it was a good experience. The apartments were clean and spacious. The manager is nice and works with you. We never had any problems. My only complain is that they are over priced. The area were they are located is not the best. For just a bit more money you could be renting in Henderson. Overall I would recommend it.
(January 14, 2019, 8:38 pm)The apartments itself are beautiful the area is nice and quiet I don’t hear too much craziness. The rent is a good price for what you get and it’s spacious walls are not thin so you don’t hear your neighbors HOWEVERRRRRR there’s a food factory near the apartment complex on walnut that releases this HORRIBLEEEEEE smell in the morning and late at night that will make you not want to even live here. I honestly feel like the factory needs to be shut down or the rent needs to drop $100 less because you can’t even relax outside on your balcony without candles. The smell is ridiculous! But the apartments are beautiful!
(November 29, 2018, 12:09 am)The entire staff at Sonata is amazing. The leasing agent greeted me immediately! Donia & Tracie, the property manager & assistant were quick to introduce themselves after I toured their community. Everyone there is quick to jump to see if you need help. They really make you feel like you are part of a community. The staff is also very informative in regards to the area. The property is very nice and has everything you could ask for.

Dania and Mikaela guide me step by step through the process of my application and I was given constant updates of my status at varies points. They work very quickly which I really like. My apartment was more than what I expected, since I was moving from Chicago. My experience at sonata has been nothing but great. Thank you!
