(June 23, 2017, 6:02 am)This company is great. I ordered two Zippos engraved with some pretty intricate military stuff and although my order was on time. I only got half of it. As soon as I contacted them, they started two new ones and engraved them/shipped them at no charge.
Rarely do companies own up and take care of the customer to the level they took care of me and I couldn't be happier. I will be returning for all of my needs! -
