(December 12, 2017, 11:35 am)I hired drop shade to install shades on two very large windows at my house. I had some issues with the shades flexing and hitting my house. At first I thought it was a design flaw and later found out it was an extra frame I have on my window that was not supposed to be there in the first place. Drop shade came out and removed the shade so I can have the extra frame removed and then they are coming back to put the shade back up. At first I was upset and now I am satisfied with how drop shade went above and beyond in helping me 6 months after the shades were installed.upon acceptable solution.

Our purchase at the Veer Towers necessitated the "best of the best" to install blinds given the building was built at an angle. (August 27, 2014, 3:34 pm)We've had our drop shades since 2005 and never had a problem with them. They block out the hot sun on our patio and are attractive when down. I would highly recommend buying from Drop Shades as they are a quality company to buy from and the product is fantastic.

(July 17, 2014, 8:47 pm)I had them fabricate a large exterior drop shade to black out three master bedroom windows. Upon the initial installation I was not happy with the appearance of the frame. They came back and the installers added a second piece to the frame installation and the appearance now looks very professional. The drop shade has effectively worked to black out my master bedroom so that my wife with insomnia can sleep till any hour in the morning she desires. We are very Happy customers!
