Galaxy Theatres Cannery

We went to see Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein on 10/28, and had a 95% positive experience. The theater was clean and comfortable, popcorn fresh and buttery (and an array of free seasonings provided), and the staff (ticket seller, food seller, ticket taker) were all friendly and efficient.

Our only criticisms: the eardrum-punishing volume of the movie was too intense even though we both wore earplugs, there was a disappointing lack of Dr. Pepper (Mr. Pibb is not a good substitute), and the popcorn is very pricey, although we got a break on our ticket prices because we were at a show that started before noon, so we'll let that one slide. Overall, a very nice time.

Really like this theater, it’s really clean, chairs are super comfortable and the popcorn was really tasty and they fill it up too.

We went to Moana 2 at this theater while vacationing in the area and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to buy tickets online via Fandango to avoid lines. They offered a Moana box for the kiddos that came with a reusable Moana cup along with typical theater snacks. The reclining seats were comfy and the theater is kept clean in between showings which isn’t done at all theaters so that was nice. I loved all the props while walking in the halls. My daughter especially loves the wicked dresses that were on display.

The employees were friendly, there was a good variety at the concession stand, the place (including the bathrooms) was very clean, and the reclining seats were comfortable. My only advice to people my height (5'4") or shorter? Don't pre-order tickets for the back row, haha! My husband went to the car to get me a seat cushion. Eventually we moved to the row in front of us since no one else showed up and it was better. I could definitely see myself going back! We had a good time!!! :)

I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. The theatre is clean, and the seats are large, comfy and they recline. If you sign up for their rewards you earn points which can be redeemed towards the purchase of food or free movie tickets. If you buy a large drink or popcorn you get a free refill which is nice.
