“I did thorough research before choosing this rental location. According to their website, they will travel 5 miles to pick you up for your rental, I also called to confirmed. When I called to be picked up, the Hertz employee told me (rather rudely because she was overwhelmed) that I was too far away, and instructed me to call the customer service number because I prepaid. The CSR eventually got tired of me and reconnected me with the Hertz in Vegas. This time, I spoke with Nicole, who was very pleasant and professional. She offered to see what she could do for me. The manager, Crystal, agreed to pick me up. Once we got on the road to pick up my rental, I was able to see why it was too far. We had to get on a major expressway that had bumper-to-bumper traffic. What could have been a disastrous situation was thwarted by Crystal and her wanting to satisfy the customer. She even arranged for me to be able to drop the car off at the airport. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would rent from them again anytime. Thanks again, Crystal!!!”

“I was driving down Belmont and I was shocked to see a circle k. They have know sign on the corner to let drivers know there is one there. If I didn't look to the side I would of never seen it. I only go to circle k and I never new this one was so close to my house. I was shocked when I went in. The employee's were very friendly and helpful. The store was the cleanest circle k I've been in since I moved to Vegas and stocked witch is very shocking cause all the other circle k I have been in are dirty and the employee's are so rude. I recommend this store to all my friends. Circle k on Belmont is the cleanest and friendliest circle k in Vegas.”

I mainly deal with Tina now but am getting to know the other employees and they too have been helpful. I will send items over to match up and typically get them in a timely manner even if shipping is involved. They even have a delivery service. “About a month and a half ago I was trying to get a tail light bulb replaced and called the Firestone on Ann, the one I ALWAYS go to for service. Long story short I got the runaround from a very rude guy and had to look elsewhere. I called another Firestone and no go. I finally talked to Daniel at this location. He was so nice and professional and told me to just bring it in. He didn't want me to wait for a bay so he changed the bulb right there in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes, told me to have a nice day and sent me on my way. I appreciated that so much that I just made a service appointment with him and will bring my car here from now on!”

“I’ve had an EXTREME fear of dentists my whole life due to a HORRIBLE experience when I was younger, as a result I REFUSED to visit the dentist for close to 15 years! But Dr.Spencer Faddis has COMPLETELY changed my outlook on going to the dentist. He’s super friendly, makes every visit super comfortable and I feel like I’m going to hang out with my friend every time I have to schedule a visit for something. He’s quick and absolutely painless. “There has been lots of new management and it has made this facility a whole lot better. When I first started here it wasn't to friendly, then corp came in and made changes and now the staff and residents are much happier. Sure every place has its issues but we are in the process of making this building a 5 star. When you come in the staff greets you and you see the residents smiling and getting around in there power chairs. The new management listens to what we have to say and interacts with the residents. Please don't judge us by the past we the new managers are the future of this company and are making it where you want to come to work. We are all here as a Team and it shows.
